Introduction to The Series: When Evolution Becomes Content
In my professional journey, I have always believed that maximum transparency should not only concern balance sheet figures, but the process that leads to those numbers.
For this reason, I decided to share an extremely personal experience that redefined my approach to work and life, an experience that was both intimate and foundational. Due to the very human need to name things, I titled it “The Warrior’s Summer” and divided it into 5 parts.
Do not expect a story about financial results. This is the narrative of an experiment in awareness that I conducted on myself – an identity reset. It is proof that the only way to evolve an external system (the business, the trading) is to first evolve the internal system (your mind and energy).
I will guide you through a 5-act journey that taught me to transform conflict into rhythm, and which is the true philosophical DNA of Sport Trading Life.
Act I: The Birth of The Warrior – The Need to Start Over
There is always a moment when one cycle closes and another begins. For me, that moment was June 18, 2025.
I was coming off an intense season: months of trading lived on the edge between clarity and pressure, between control and exhaustion. I had closed the period with the feeling of having given everything, but having lost the most important thing along the way: the original energy, the one that makes you choose with lightness, not with heaviness.
I felt the need to start over, but not as a simple “operational reset.” An identity reset was needed.
Thus, “The Warrior’s Summer” was born. Not as a project, but as an act of reconstruction. Not to improve performance, but to regain focus.
Summer As a Proving Ground
Summer, for me, had always been a season of misalignment. My reference leagues ended, motivations tended to drop. Every year, routinely, I found myself out of sync.
The real fight that time was not against the market – but against the inner narrative that associated a negative meaning with summer: dispersion, lack of focus, wasted time. This time I wanted to rewrite that script.
In addition, there were two completely new elements: it was my first summer as a father, and my first season with a brand new competition, the Club World Cup. Everything was different: rhythms, emotions, references. And in that change, I understood that I shouldn’t adapt to the old pattern—I had to create a new one.
The Warrior’s Summer was thus born from a deep challenge: not to suffer the change, but to transform it into fertile ground for growth.
The Inner Journal: The Technology of Awareness
During that period, for the first time, I started using ChatGPT as a personal journal, a place for daily reprocessing. Not a simple technical tool, but a mirror. I wrote to understand. I reread to observe my dynamics. I noted reflections, intuitions, and emotional fluctuations.
This practice became a technology of awareness, a way to “extract data” not only from the market, but from myself. A journal that gave me back clarity, lucidity, and allowed me to connect the performance of the inner field with that of the external field.
The Meaning of The Warrior
The name “Warrior” was not an epic pose, but a symbol of presence. The warrior does not fight to win, but to stand firm. He is the one who protects his energy, his integrity, his vision.
Every morning, starting from that June 18th, began with a ritual: silence, breath, journaling, introspection, and then the entry into the operational field. No automatic choices. No pressure on the result. Only constant observation: how am I → what do I decide → what happens.
In those days, a phrase was born that is now part of the DNA of Sport Trading Life: “The external field is the mirror of the internal field.”
The Warrior’s Summer was this: an experiment in alignment between performance and frequency. A search for balance, not euphoria. An invisible gym, where the real training was not the market, but my energy.
